CPL Masters Recruitment Agency (CPLMRA) is a POEA fully licensed recruitment company that provides manpower sourcing services for organizations across the world. CPLMRA offers recruitment and human resource solutions for companies seeking to find high-performance individuals and possibly the most qualified professionals from the Philippines. 
CPLMRA is a family-owned company founded by CEO Monina Palma Laus, in response to the Philippines’ soaring unemployment rate and demands for overseas Filipino workers (OFW). 

In joint effort with the Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (POEA), Philippine Overseas Labor Offices (POLO), Overseas Workers Welfare Administration (OWWA), and other government agencies – we hope to bring the best world class Filipino labor force into the international labor workforce.
